This Privacy Policy describes how HomeKrush LLC ("HomeKrush," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arkansas limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the homekrush.ai website (the "Site") and the HomeKrush platform and related applications (together, the "Service").

Information you provide. When you sign up for updates, create an account, or use the Service, we may collect: your name; email address; mobile phone number; property address and property-related information you choose to provide; business information if you register as a contractor or service provider; and communications you send to us or through the Service.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site or use the Service, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and usage activity, including through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from public records. The Service may compile publicly available information about properties (for example, county assessor, parcel, and building-permit records) at the direction of the property's owner, to build and enrich that owner's own property profile.
What we send. HomeKrush sends text messages for account verification and service purposes — for example, one-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your phone number when you sign up or sign in, and transactional notifications related to your account and activity on the Service.
Consent. You consent to receive these messages when you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and initiate a verification request or otherwise opt in. Text messages are sent only in response to your actions on the Service (user-initiated). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your use of the Service (for example, one message per sign-in verification).
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages we send and you send to us.
Opt out. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Note that opting out of verification messages may limit your ability to sign in to or use portions of the Service.

No third-party marketing use of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you have requested (for example, our text-message delivery vendor), or as required by law.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and improve the Site and the Service; verify your identity and secure your account (including sending one-time passcodes); build and maintain property profiles at the direction of the property owner; facilitate communications and transactions between users of the Service; respond to inquiries and provide support; comply with legal obligations; and detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information: with service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, data storage, and message delivery), bound to use it only to provide those services; with other users of the Service as an inherent part of how the Service works (for example, information you include in a project posting is shared with the professionals you engage); to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests; to protect rights and safety, including enforcing our terms and preventing fraud or abuse; and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us at legal@homekrush.ai; certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution.
The Site and Service are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any such email; opt out of text messages by replying STOP as described above; and contact us at legal@homekrush.ai to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page; your continued use of the Site or Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
